Sydney Berry has been in the beauty industry for 50 years. Initially, as a stylist and then a salon owner for the first ten years. Sydney, then had a progression of various roles within the company with sales management, general management, president, then owner and CEO as of 1997 when she partnered with George Learned to wholly purchase salon services.

And paralleling her career within the beauty industry, she has been thriving through numerous episodes of breast cancer incidents starting in 1990, 1994, 2009 and with the advent of bone metastasis in 2015. 

She’s been a very active volunteer at Hairtostay.org. Her interest have always been aligned with the collaborative efforts of raising awareness and financial funding in support of her active participation.
